The library\, in partnership with the awesome physical therapists at the Round Valley Indian Health Center\, is offering a weekly class for seniors of all fitness levels at 3:30 PM on Thursdays in January\, in the Community Room at the Library Commons. Dress in loose\, comfy clothes and good shoes so you can easily stretch and move.  Please arrive 15 minutes early\, at 3:15\, so we can check in and get ready to move.
